White Belts and a Birthday

The boys got their white belts last week. It's seriously going to Christian's head. I find myself having to keep him from kicking things and other small children when we're out in public. It's a tad embarrassing.

Happy Belated birthday to the hubster. He's officially half way to 40. July 7th was his big day. I love you, Mike!

Just to update...

I feel like one day I'm going to look back and read these posts and not really get a clear picture of this time in my life. I'm so busy I rarely get to update.

Stephen is growing leaps and bounds and is starting kindergarten in the fall. He's taking karate and will start an art camp in a couple of weeks. He's handsome and inquisitive. I'm proud of him.

Christian is a monkey. We tell him we brought him home from the zoo. I think he takes us literally. He hates to be called a baby. He really prefers to be called a monkey. He's taking karate too and he thinks he's a ninja. A monkey ninja. I'm proud of him too.

The two of them keep me busy and sometimes they make me a little crazy, but I'm truly having the time of my life.
