Wedding Shoot

Congratulations Gina and David!

This was a good shoot. I noticed after the fact that I somehow managed to have my white balance set on "cloudy" the entire time, but luckily it didn't make much of a difference, and I was able to work wonders during the editing process to correct most of the color. I was pleased. I'm about half way done editing, and these are a few of my favorites.

Gina and David were a lot of fun to shoot. Gina was incredibly beautiful, and the camera loved her!

Bridal Shoot

This was a great session. I just can't say how much fun I had! It comes out during the shoot though. I realized tonight as I was taking these pictures that I was continually jabbering on to myself. I'm officially a nut case. I was saying stuff about how pretty she was, how nice the lighting was, how I needed to change my camera settings... yada yada yada. It would be one thing If I had obviously been talking to my bride, but half the time I was mumbling to myself and not even finishing my sentences. She must think I'm psycho. I was just having so much fun and completely in a zone. Every now and then I would literally gasp and put my hands over my heart and say something like, "oh, so pretty" or "oh, just lovely". So I'm a bit expressive. That's OK...right?

Beautiful Bride

This is Kylenne. Isn't she gorgeous? I'm excited about these portraits because this was my first bridal shoot. I'm about half way done with the editing process. It's well after mid-night so I think I'm going to finish up tomorrow! These are my favorites so far.

Baby Rhett

Not long ago I had the privilege of taking maternity portraits for Lois and Randy. They were a joy to shoot! Today I had the privilege of taking pictures of their entire family! baby Rhett is an adorable little angel! Thanks Lois and Randy for trusting me to capture your memories!

Heather's Shoot

This shoot was special for me because 1. I adore Heather, and 2. She was so easy to shoot. I could have taken pictures of her all night. Just look at her, how could anyone mess up a shoot when your subject is so lovely? She's 9 months along with her 3rd baby. Would you have ever guessed? She was turning heads left and right. I don't think she noticed, she's just that way, but every eye was on her. I'm glad she didn't notice or else she would have been embarrassed.

So here are a few of my favorites from last nights shoot with Heather. After the shoot we took a dip in the ocean. It's been about 4 years for both of us since we've been able to do such a thing without little boys biting at our ankles!

It was a fun night!

Maternity Shoot

This beautiful lady is due any day to give birth to her first little one. I was delighted to take pictures of the expectant mom and dad this evening. There is nothing more beautiful than the anticipation of having that first sweet little baby!
